The Situation
This high school marking band competition show was based on a Roman Empire theme. The field was to be framed with forum columns that were fashioned by pit crew volunteers including the Band Dad Creations founder. But the color guard needed props to create a greater impact to the show.
The Creation
The Color Guard was already decked out in gold threaded warrior outfits, so the battlefield weaponry was a fitting creation. The swords and shields were the perfect props for marching, dancing, and theatric duels.
